The Maple, Ash and Poplar Rooms

Our mid-sized Atrium Rooms for up to 70 guests

As part of The Atrium venue portfolio, we’re delighted to present the Maple, Ash and Poplar rooms.  Each venue offers a welcoming, modern space ideal for wellbeing sessions, workshops, training and small group meetings, with practical layouts supporting a wide variety of group activities.

With their comfortable settings and practical features, our rooms offer everything you need to bring people together, connect, and collaborate with ease.

The Maple Room, Ash Room and Poplar Rooms form the basis of our learning and skills hub, but are also available for hire at certain times and days of the week. The Maple and Ash Rooms happily accommodate up to 35 guests each but can also be used as one larger space for bigger events for up to 70 people. The Poplar Room sits separately alongside the Maple and Ash Rooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests. All three rooms offer audio visual facilities including Teams Room meetings.
